Georgia residents: Your marriage license can be from any probate court in Georgia, but make sure the city & county fields are blank or say “Savannah, Chatham.”
Non-Georgia residents: Your marriage license must be from the Chatham County, GA Probate Court.
After your marriage license is signed, you must send your completed license to the Probate Court in-person or by mail.
